QuBAS help system V1.0.0 (c) Quantics Biostatistics 2017
Auto Import
QuBAS can be set to automatically "watch" a pre-specified folder location(s) on the server and when a data files are saved to this folder, the file will be automatically imported into QuBAS and the appropriate Routine Method will be run with no user input.
This mode of operation requires additional licensing. Each analysis run in auto import mode uses one Token. Tokens are coded into the licence code supplied by Quantics, and additional tokens can be purchased by contacting support@quantics.co.uk.
To Use auto import, the folder location to be watched must be specified before the method is signed off for routine use.
Having run the final Explore analysis with all analysis parameters set, Commit this to the Development report and then select Submit for sign Off:
Specify the folder to be used for auto import:
Use the full pathname and ensure that QuBAS has Read and Write access to the folder.
To use the Auto importer:
In Routine mode, Click on the Auto import button to start the process:
Save files to be analysed ton the pre-specified location.
The folder location will be checked at an interval set by the Administrator (default 10n minutes).
When a file is saved to the location, QuBAS checks the file parameters to ensure that it has not been changed since first created, then imports the file and runs the associated Method analysis.
A routine user can log on at a later time to download the report(s).
Each analysis on the Automatic mode uses 1 token. New tokens can be obtained from Quantics and are provided in a new license code which can be installed via the Admin user pages.
