Information We Collect

Quantics relies on freely given opt-in consent for the processing of personal data. Personal data includes any information we collect about you, provided by you when you register with our website or access our forum. Security and Retention

The information Quantics collect is retained for as long as it is considered to be potentially useful or required for legal purposes, given we have not received any objections to retention or processing by you, the data subject. Individuals whose data is maintained in our marketing and sales databases will have the option to ‘opt-out’ or unsubscribe from communications of that nature at any time. This will result in an automated process of the data subject’s details being added to a suppression list without modification of the contents of those records.
