Senior Study Manager in the Bioanalytical team at RoukenBio. Lauren has an MSc in Industrial Biotechnology from the University of Strathclyde and has spent 6 years working in CMOs/CROs, specialising in the development and phase-specific validation of potency assays. She really enjoys working in all aspects of bioassay development, with particular expertise in antibody-drug conjugates, ELISA or cell-based potency assays and qualification/validation design.
