In the routine / regulatory use mode, there are no user options with regard to the analysis. All options are locked into the Method Configuration File (MCF).
This file is version controlled, and can only be changed by repeating the creation process in Development mode.
In Routine analysis mode, QuBAS can be set to "watch" a pre-specified folder on your company network, and when a file appears there, QuBAS will automatically pick it up and run the analysis without any user log in.
This is known as auto import.A similar process is available for export of results.
