In Routine (GMP) mode, QuBAS can be configured to run in partial or fully integrated mode.
Auto import:
QuBAS can be set to "watch" a secure folder. When a data file appears in that folder from, e.g. a plate reader, QuBAS will automatically pick up the folder, run the locked analysis and create the reports with no user input.
Auto export
In a similar way, QuBAS can automatically export results after analysis, as .pdf, or .XML or both. The exported files are saved to a subfolder of the Data Transfer folder.
In Development mode, on the Submit for Sign Off page, enter the folder location in the Auto Import Path box, and select Auto export options if required.
Note that QuBAS must have access to this folder and this may require IT to set up QuBAS as a system user.
