Creating a Method Configuration File (MCF)
When Method development is complete:
Step 1

Run a final analysis (on any appropriate Data File) with all the components that are to become the locked MCF, i.e.

Analysis model chosen, and all options set

Including RP combination if required

All required system and sample suitability criteria set

Click 'Submit for Sign Off' on the left hand panel

Select 'Prepare Attachments' and the DM will load

Click 'Submit' and it will confirm the submission.
The MCF will be created and sent to the Sign Off Room to await sign off by an authorised user.
