To use QuBAS in Routine mode the Method must have an approved MCF. This is indicated by GMP symbol next to the name in the Select Method screen.
Routine use is then very straightforward.
Manual use:
Log in as a user with Routine User permissions.
Import file(s) to be analysed in the usual way in the Import Room.
Go to Routine Room.
Click on New Run.
Select the Data Files to run.
Only Data files that have not previously been run in Development mode or Routine mode will be available for selection (GMP requires only one analysis per data set).
When complete, fill out the Run Report set up screen:
Give the run a name. This is a label for the group of files to be analysed sequentially.
Select the Method Metadata to be included in the report. (It may not be appropriate to include all the available Metadata in a regulatory report.)
Click Create run.
The batch run is created:
Click Start run.
The files will be run and the user can log off whilst this occurs.
Reports can be downloaded by selecting the individual data set and clicking Download Report.
