The analysis definition screen is divided into 5 parts.
Analysis Definition:
This section is concerned with choosing the statistical model to use, and describing
any pre-processing that the data has undergone prior to importing into QuBAS, and provides options for
the model fit, including dose and response transforms and outlier management.
Control Wells:
Options for the analysis and suitability criteria for control data.
Quality Control:
Suitability options for Quality Control (dose response samples).
Sample suitability:
Suitability options for the test samples.
The options are displayed by clicking on the category. All selections or tests have a question mark icon which tells you how to use each function.
All options have the following check boxes:
Check Use this test to turn the option on. The heading will turn green if selected for. To remove, click the rubbish bin icon.
Check For Information Only to have QuBAS report the numeric value of the test, but NOT a Pass or Fail result.
This is useful for recording data about an assay performance without it becoming a GMP pass fail criteria.
To close the option click the "-" sign (or arrow depending on version)
Right hand panel:
in this area basic plots of the data can be viewed, and the parameters tab used to switch back to the analysis definition screen to change parameters. Note this screen will show the placeholder names for the Metadata.
