QuBAS can combine Relative Potency (RP) results in Routine mode using any of the 3 methods described in the appropriate US and European guidelines. For details see Statistical Guide.

To make a relative potency result available for combination, this must be selected on the analysis screen and will be part of the locked Routine process:
Check the Combined Report check box - select the method preferred to combine the report.*
Select the analysis option required (for all data sets, the analysis definitions must be EXACTLY the same)
Once submitted as an MCF for the Routine Room as usual, and carry out a Routine analysis run. This can be revised on the Sign Off for Routine use page.
This ensures that your Sample Suitability Criteria (SSC) has passed and can be combined. If failed, the SSC may need to be altered or fixed before carrying on.
On the left panel in the Routine Room, select Combined Runs.
Press Create a Combined Report on the top panel and select the data file. Within the data file there may be more than one sample (greyed out samples haven't passed their SSC).
Select the samples you want to combine and click Next. Then Generate CRP.
The results will be displayed on QuBAS and also the report which can be downloaded after the analysis.
*Optionally, a limit can be set for the precision upper bound. This is the ratio of the upper and lower bounds of the relative potency confidence interval.
