Having chosen the model, analysis options and system and sample suitability criteria (if required) the analysis can be run.
ClickAnalyse.
Note that the current Data Map and Analysis Definitions will be saved to the Working copies when Analyse is selected.
A status box will show the progress of the analysis:
When complete the model fits and brief results can be viewed on-screen by selecting the sample of interest in the right hand panel:
The plots are interactive and can be scrolled and zoomed. Clicking on an individual data point will show its position in the Data Map and provide options for exclusion.
To adjust analysis and SSC:
Click Parameters.
The full results can also be viewed in the report download, or as an excel file or XML file. The figures can also be downloaded as jpg files.
If you wish to save a record of this analysis click Save as MCF.
This action will also save the Analysis Definition and Data Map as new read only versions (not just Working copies). These versions can then be restored from the Method version history pages if required.
