For quantal assays the process is identical to that for quantitative assays except that there is an extra step.
Quantal assays have results that are counts, e.g. number of animals alive at 30 days.
For the analysis QuBAS needs to know how many there were in each group, i.e. the maximum possible result as well as the actual result.
Inputting this data to QuBAS is done via the Data File, where the maximum values for each result are added to the data before importing to QuBAS. This will be an option to select when creating the DM.
