Interpolation analysis data maps

Interpolation analysis data maps differ in some ways from Relative potency data maps.

Standard samples

If all the substances on the plate have been identified individually in the data file with separate metadata containing the ID, these can be placed on the Data Map in the usual way.

Automatic sample creation

In interpolation analysis, there are often many samples on a plate, ranging from 1 dilution and 1 replicate to as much as 8 dilutions 3 replicates.
QuBAS can populate the Data Map automatically and give each sample an ID.

These samples are called auto samples and do not have any associated metadata.
The process involves creating a single sample or group of samples, then replicating this over the plate which can be achieved using the stamp tool.
