Import plugins that will convert various plate reader outputs into the standard QuBAS format are available. Plugins use the same CrtV technology as the rest of QuBAS and are thus self-validating. Plugins are supplied with full documentation to comply with GAMP cat 5 software. Once loaded into QuBAS these can be selected as part of the file import process.
Downloading Plugins
Plugins are available as self extracting files from Quantics. Details will be provided in the emails sent to you on purchase.
Download the required plugin, and save to an appropriate location.
Note DO NOT unzip the file, QuBAS will do this when installing the plugin.
Loading plugins
Log into QuBAS as an administrative user.
Navigate to the Plugins tab.
Browse to the downloaded plugin and click Open.
A message will show successful loading of the plug in.
Refresh the screen
Using the controls on screen, enable the plugin.
Using a Plugin
Providing the plugin has been enabled, it will appear as an option during the standard file import process:
