The Diverse Self Checking Pair process at the heart of QuBAS allows Quantics to test all upgrades in a very thorough way to ensure backward compatibility. During development, each of the 2 programs that make up the DSCP analysis engine is paired with the opposite half of the earlier version. A continuous automatic testing system runs several hundred thousand data sets through the analysis engine and checks that it still give the same results.
However it is likely that local QA departments will wish to check this on data previously analysed by QuBAS and a full CrtV function is provided for this.
Log in as an Audit User
Select the Audit room and then the System Validation tab:
Select New validation run and all the data sets for which there are stored results will be shown. This list can be filtered by date if required.
Select the data sets to re-run and all the selected data sets will be run using the MCF created at the original date, and the new analysis engine. The results will be compared with those stored from the original date using DSCP technology , and the result will be displayed. A pass indicates that the results are the same.
