QuBAS can have more than one Super User account. This account is designed to provide technical support and for installation purposes.
The Options available to a Super User are:
Turn on Active directory user name and password use.
Auto log out. Set the inactivity auto log out delay.
Use a PIN when logging in: if selected, users have to enter a PIN as well as the username and password at log in. This function is useful if browser saving of username and passwords cannot be disabled on a company wide basis.
Email settings: configured during installation.
System Validation before every GxP run: if selected, QuBAS runs an additional system validation routine before every Routine analysis.
MCFs (method configuration files) must be counter-signed by an audit user: if selected, the MCF that locks the details of the analysis when moving from Development to Routine mode has to be signed off by an Audit user in addition to the Sign off user before it becomes active.
Back up management: select options as required.
Password Management: set as required.
Token Management: Set minimum time interval that elapses between each poll of Auto Import folders (minimum 10 minutes to prevent excessive polling).
Notification Management: email for administrative system messages.
Server Name (Optional): Enter a server name that will be printed on Reports with the Report ID. This is useful to ensure a unique identifier in situations where more than one instance of QuBAS are installed.
Invite and Password Reset Request Expiration: set the valid duration of user invites and password resets requests.
