Note when editing and deleting Methods, Data Files and Analysis Definitions
As a general rule, objects in QuBAS can be edited or deleted providing they have not been used in an analysis that has been recoded into the Audit system.
An Analysis is recorded into the Audit system:
In Development mode, when an analysis of a Data File has been committed to a Method Configuration File (MCF).
In Routine mode, when a Data File has been analysed
Editing or deletion of files in these cases would void the audit trail and is not permitted.
Most changes to files and actions that create an audit trail require the user to provide a brief explanatory note.
