New users can only be created by Admin level or Super users.
Select the User Management screen from the Admin menu.
Select Invite User from the top menu bar. The screen will switch to the Pending Invites view.
Add new user details by supplying QuBAS with an email address and selecting which user groups they should belong to.
Click confirm (bottom left of screen).
QuBAS will send the user an invitation email with a link that will allow them to register a password and log in.
Users are identified by the email and password combination. This is unique within QuBAS. If a user is deleted after a period of work, then re-invited later, QuBAS will treat this as the same person (this action is required for Regulatory compliance).
