Combining Relative Potencies
USP & EurPh Guidelines recommend methods for combining values from several different analyses (within your Method). QuBAS 1.1 now supports these guidelines with RP combination using:
- Unweighted method
- Weighted Homogeneous
- Weighted Hetrogeneous
- Hetrogenicity Test
all done with the usual QuBAS’ drag and drop simplicity.
A separate Combined RP report is created, and as with everything in QuBAS, every calculation has been performed twice using completely different mathematical formulas written in different programing languages – Continuous real-time Validation (CrtV).
Customised File Input Options
Pre-processing data to get it into a form for analysis can be problem from a QA point of view. QuBAS 1.1 has import plugins to avoid the need for data pre-processing. Currently available is a plugin for SoftMax Pro files. A Gen 5 import plugin will be available soon.
These standard plugins are free with your license.
Customised plugins (with CrtV) can be created if required.
QuBAS runs on your company server and is accessed via a standard browser from any computer on the network.
QuBAS is now compatible with Chrome or FireFox browsers.
Handling Multiple Plates
The QuBAS SoftMax pro import plugin will handle multiple plates in one data file. The file is automatically split into separate plates (complete with all metadata) and these are analysed separately. The combining RP options can then be used on the individual results as required.
Automated GMP Analysis
The new automated import function removes yet another potential QA issue by automatically importing data files as soon as they are created by your plate reader. Simply set QuBAS to watch a folder location and as soon as a readable file is uploaded into the specified location, QuBAS will automatically import the file and run the associated locked down routine analysis. The report will be ready to download and view the next time you log in to QuBAS.
QA Assurance Legacy Analysis
We understand upgrading systems has historically triggered significant QA problems. Because of the Diverse self-checking pair (DSCP) technology used in QuBAS, we can be certain that the results from a given data set will be the same for every version of our software.
However, it is likely that your QA department will want to check this so from version 1.1.0, all QuBAS systems contain a DSCP comparator which will re-run all, or a user selected subgroup of the routine analyses in the database and automatically compare the results from the upgraded version with the original results. An on screen and pdf version report will be produced that indicates the analyses that have been compared and the agreement of the results.
